  • The tour is strictly based on the program and any change in the tour will cost an extra amount.
  • An Advance of non-refundable amount Rs 1,00,000, should be paid during the time of booking and an amount of 2,00,000, should be paid one week prior to the visa submission and the remaining amount of Rs 2,30,000, should be paid one month before the departure.
  • UN-utilized services are Non refundable
  • If any extra cost comes due to the change/Cancellation of flight schedule OR due to any other reason beyond our control, it should be paid directly by the clients and Kerala Travels is NOT responsible for such expenses.
  • International check in time is at 15¦00Hrs and checkout time is at 11¦00Hrs.
  • We reserve the right to change any information, route or attractions before or after your booking due to events beyond our control like bad weather, any natural calamity, any acci- dent, and or any logistic issues.
